I live in a town about an hour away from this company. I needed a CPU for a customers unit that was on my bench, and I couldnt wait for 3 days to get it. so I drove to this companys location in Stillwater, Okalhoma.

I was happy with the price, but what floored me was the fact that they charged me 5.00 to take the part off the shelf and hand it to me ( maybe it took 4 steps from part to counter). i asked them if they had another so i could stock it, and yes, they did, but it took 5.00 for EVERY SINGLE PIECE they caried to the counter. I only got what I needed. I asked them if they charged this to shipped orders also, and they said yes. They charge shipping PLUS 5.00 each piece to carry it to the box to put it in.

I wouldn't do business with these folks again if I had to wait a week to get my parts.
