I had tatkal wait listed ticket pnr no.260-2075357 firozpur mumbai boarding gwalior but ticket was not confirmed wait listed no.1. 2 hours before i cancelled the ticketbut at the counter i was refused the refund and directed me to collect the tdr from station master.

I surrendered the ticket with station mater and i received the tdr s.no.357616 dt.08.06.07 with envelop addressed to indian railway alhabad. I sent the same to alhabad and copy addressed to mumbai cst also. But till today i have not received the refund of rs.1703.00.

I dont understand why they did not refund me cash while cancellation at the counter when the ticket was wait listed.
