We signed up for owner operator, after they almost starved us to death for 3 weeks. They said they didn't feel comfortable promising 5200 miles a week. But could promise us at least 4500. We thought they were talking a week, apparently they were talking biweekly. We pay them to haul their freight every week. A friend (solo) made $400 a week for 2 months. He handed them his keys said he was done with the owner op thing. He was turned in to the credit bureau for breaking his lease for $53, 000. They have since resold his truck, kept his maintenance acct $, and his last 2 weeks paychecks.
Any one else out there who lost everything working for CRS? I think if everyone got together we would have a nice class action lawsuit, and may force these jerks into having their owner ops pay for these trucks outright to give to the company fleet.
