Do not book your next hotel using www.centralr.com. They have hidden cancellation charges. We booked hotel Terramar in Sitges, Spain almost 6 weeks in advance and canceled it (based on bad reviews) two days after the booking. CentralR.com charged our credit card for one night stay immediately (less than 5 minutes) after we canceled. We contacted one of their representatives (Emma Treston) asking to remove the charge but without any success. We currently are disputing this charge with our credit card company.
