What should the people who have an outstanding balance due? Unfortunetly my account went to collections and now it shows on my credit report. I have tried to get it taken care of and paid off but there is no information to send anything to. Then I also wonder if with all these problems that it will even get handled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
