CenturyTel sent me the wrong router-modem. I was unable to hook computer up to their Internet service.Returned router-modem and own expense as they never sent me a return shipping label. Their advertised price for first year internet service was $14.95 a month, but told me $22.95, and f after first year I decided to keep service it was $33.00 and a two year contract in effect after introductory period over with $200 contract termination fee. They now claim I owe them the $200 contract fee when I never even hooked computer up because they sent the wrong product to start with. They're assholes!
