Found a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement. I have never heard of or visited any such website. Upon googling "cerbman*healthforever" I found numerous complaints of the same nature and that their company is now known as fitfactory. They somehow have my credit card information and an old email address of mine and have charged me for no products but simply access to their site which is frankly ridiculous. No one would pay $29.95 monthly just to access a website where in they would have to spend more money just receive any products. I am currently in the process of faxing webpages of complaints to my credit card company since I have no other proof besides my word that never warranted this charge.
