I too am a victim of Certegy. From now on, when I shop, I will ask the merchant if they use Certegy and if they do, I'll take my business elsewhere. I can find nothing good to say about them, no good reports on the net. They are a terrible company with even worse customer service. Best advice to everyone out there... don't shop at Target or Bust Buy because they do use this phony company.
