DeLeon's company in a vastly extended one bedroom apartment renovation job (6 weeks vs 7 months) has produced safety issues, installation issues and consequently some aesthetic issues. His work cut corners, was hasty, sloppy, and not keeping with high quality materials purchased. His floor work, cabinetry, fixture installation, and painting did not have professional expertise necessary to complete job in acceptable manner, as originally stated. Some poor installation have dangerous corners, joints and surfaces, that would never meet code. These all now need to be remedied in order not to trip, fall or cut one selves as well as for possible future sale.
