Centennial is TERRIBLE! They have screwed me over so many times in the last few days. I have had several people terminate their contract and not have to pay for the early termination fee. I have tried everything possible to deal with them and nothing works. They are rude they have told me several different dates for my contracts ending. First I was told May and then I was told the following December. Sounds to me like the poor people are holding on to the last strings possible. I guess that means screwing your customers over during the process. They threw my 30 day notice up and are charging me for an extra month and a half because I did not give them a 30 day notice. They said I have 90 days to pay my early termination fee and that started on July 18th. I did not cancel my phones until July 30th. Seems to me like someone should be investigating the crooks who run this business!
