In each case, you have the Anxiety Treatment materials to use in your home, and you can chose to use them on your own following the instructions provided.  Often our participants prefer to have the assistance of one of our affiliated CHAANGE trained professionals for additional guidance toward success to freedom from severe anxiety.  We have such professionals in some locations, and you also have the option of convenient, economical and private weekly telephone coaching sessions by appointment for as long as you like with John or Dolores Pullen.The CHAANGE and LIfeSkills for Children anxiety treatment service have been owned and directed by past participant John R.
