I purchased a brand new 2009 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from this dealership. Two days later I went to remove the dealer advertisement plate from the front bumper. I was surprised to see that there was no factory mounting hardware for the plate. The dealership just drilled two holes in the bumper to install their plate. I was upset about this, and contacted the dealership. They said this is how they have always done it, and would not repair it. I called Chrysler to file a complaint, and also find out if the warranty would still cover the bumper since the dealership drilling holes in it. I found out the bumper on my brand new 2 day old van would not be covered under warranty.
