This is an absolutely boguss, fraudulent company!!! Within the last month, I've repeatedly received phone calls from both "Investigator Cleveland" & "Investigator King". During the initial point of contact with "Investigator Cleveland Russell", he was absolutley rude, quite unprofessional & highly uneducated!!! He continously repeated himself, making no sense whatsoever and stated that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. After several minutes of debate & disagreement, as to the nature of such accusations of check fraud, with this jerk, I hung up the telephone. Immediately, I made my husband aware of the harassing phone call, "Investigator Cleveland" and the so-called "check fraud" accusation. Shortly thereafter, "Investigator King", an African American female, calls me. She tried to sound soooooooo professional, caring & concerned. Yeah right!!! She to was deceitful!!! Upon discussing the matter with my husband, we've decided to contact our local law authorities (for telephone harassment), our State's Attorney General and file consumer complaints with the BBB & the FTC. It would behoove those of you who have also been treated & victimized in such a malicious manner, to do the same. Hopefully, if our complaints are collectively filed, in our respective states, we can eradicate scam artists such as Chandler Mcnair & Associates!!!
