I make my purchases more than one week ago and still I'm awaiting. They provide their costumers with an email address which I contacted already and the only answer was "I'm sure you will get your items". They announce on their site it takes only 3-5 days to arrive, so I guess I've lost my money (almost 500 $!!!)
