"Trainer" (aka Kristi) spends majority of time on her blackberry during sessions. She cancels sessions last minute because she has a 2nd job, has to move, or just because the wind blows. Kristi experiences a different crisis every week...She has hired 2 new "trainers" both of whom have no experience. One is her sister the other is still in school. She does not tailor the program to the individual needs of the client. In fact, she has every client to do the same workout. She would rather instruct classes verses conducting personal training sessions. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ and go anywhere but Change Fitness in Plymouth, MI. It is a waste of time and money!!
