I ordered the product in April of 2007, I was charged again in July, (5 seperate charges, 50 cents, one dollar, a dollar fifty, $72.84 and $29.95) and sent one package I didn't order. On Aug 8th, I requested they close the account and not charge my card again, they gave me a RA number to return the product. Aug 13th and 14th, I noticed two more charges for the amounts of $69.90 and 29.95. I called again, this time I was told they had closed one account but they had a second one open. I'd only ordered the product once so how could I have two accounts, no comment from the company. They gave me two more RA numbers. I put the first RA number on the package and returned it at my own expense. I called again, today 8-30-07 telling them to refund my money, I hadn't received any other packages, they said all of the charges were for the one package I'd sent back and that because it had the first RA number on it, I would not receive a refund. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and now here.
