Extreamly worst service.

i have bought the box from them for around $140 but the streaming is poor and I am not able to watch the channels from my computer after I activated the box.

Paying around $30.00 per month for 5 channels. Extreamly poor streaming and not able to watch any of the 5 channels for a single second. Complainted to them many times, and the ticket wil be closed by them without attempting to resolve that ticket. Every day, I am opening the ticket and they are closing the ticket no improvement and no result except I am expertised in opening the ticket.

Totally frustated and not sure what to do.
