I went in to purchase a Jetta, everything was good intill after purchase. I was told that everything worked inside the vehicle...I was also told that the financing would be 3 years at 300.00 a month in payments with a 2, 000 dollar down payment...I was told that I was accepted through the finance company...found out the cd player, which was advertised in the price, did not work. I called the sales man, Len Luskin, and he told me that they would fix that... My financing went to a 5 year at 135.00 a month, which I would be paying over 12, 000 dollars for a USED vehicle by the time I had it paid off...
When I started to complain about them NOT fixing the cd player then all hell broke loose!! I was contacted by the finance manager and he wanted MORE financial records, I already took him what he had asked for...I was thrown around by all of the people there, telling me that I needed to talk to this person and that...Then THREE weeks later I had an appointment to get the new cd player put in...I dropped it off at 9 am and then called them at 1pm and was told that they were not authorized to put it in so it had not been done! I called to find out what was going on and that is when they told me that all of a sudden I was not accepted by the finance company!!!
VERY CROOKED AND LYING COMPANY!!! DO NOT TRY TO BUY YOUR VEHILE THROUGH THIS DEALER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
