This company took $923 to list our timeshare for sale. We changed our minds. So we followed their instructions to send a certified letter within 5 days to get our refund back. We followed their instructions to the letter. We have called numerous times. We speak to girls that work there who say they are not in the refund dept. They even gave me Charles Schwab's cell phone number. To this day they have not returned our $923. BEWARE !!! This company does not do what it advertises.
