Charter One Bank, N.A. issued a student loan (Loan # 04120596) in the names of Crystal M. Davis and Margaret Newsome August 11, 2006.
My mother (Margaret Newsome) discovered this loan (and others) when she went to her bank to obtain financing for other purposes.

Your loan ($23, 724.00) was done by Crystal Davis forging Margaret Newsome's signature
A fraud packet needs to be sent to Margaret Newsome at PO Box 1322 Grandy, NC 27939.

We have all the proof needed to proceed in this matter. The law enforcement has already been alerted in other loans as well.

I would like to hear from someday today in this very atrocious matter concerning my mother.
