Each month, Charter bills me way way past what we have agreed on.
Each month, I call them to ask what happened, and to get them to correct it. They correct it after I tell them that I am going to contact the public service commission. They promise that over billing will not happen again and that I can trust them. After that, I get the next bill, and the same problem arises, over billing.
