I don't know where 2 begin but I am so frustrated now I could kill. Thanks 2 this horrible ins co. that ows me over R6000-00 not 4 a claim but 4 a refund on a policy they sold me in 2008. They recently discovered that I have 2 of the same policies & decided 2 refund my money from 2008. I was extatic but what a nightmare, I have been making phone calls 2 them since 19092010. The very same lady that phoned me 2 tell me about the refund handles my case (so I'm told) VIOLET. @ first she said that I can expect my money to be in my account by 01102010. I waited patiently & still nothing. I then phoned back just 2be told that they cannot give a time when the money will be paid over, so now I'm waiting. But this morning, I then spoke to Ravisha but 2 no avail. I WISH that 1 day they will be in my shoes & may they experience the frustration that I feel & I do hope when this happens U think about all the people u have made so mad with your careless way, Get some backbone & be proud of what ur doing not just 4 the salary 4 the sake of ur own pride.
