Even though Chase hase been given "MILLIONS" of bailout dollars from the taxpayers, they have no intentions of actually helping the customers. From their unGODly credit card fees and payment structures to their uncivilized mortgage division, they should be at the top of the "Worst Business in America" list. Don't ask them for a loan modification because they will find the most idiotic reasons to deny your request and they claim not to have a deferment option but other departments say they do. I have accounts with Sprint, Comcast and a host of others listed as having poor customer service but Chase by far is the "WORST" company that I have ever encountered. Out of all the actual GOOD businesses that have failed, why is Chase still in business??? If you're searching for a lender for home, auto or even credit cards, steer clear of Chase. They have also seemed to find a loophole to getting around the new credit card restrictions set by the government which were setup to protect the consumers. BEWARE and bypass Chase Bank unless you truly have NO OTHER FINANCE OPTIONS!!!
