Well folks, welcome the newest member of the wamuclosure club! I am not going to retell what has already be told by everyone else, you guys know the drill... I had a $10, 000 limit card (with around $2k on it), according to CreditSecure & MyFICO, my FICO's are over 780. I used the card to pay my FBO charges (fuel and service for my airplane) and was declined for fuel this morning. No derrogatories on any of my credit scores, payed in full every month, yada yada yada. Yes I was angry, but all I had to do was call a competitor and tell them I was getting jerked around by Chase, they INSTANTLY gave me a $7, 500 card with a killer rate (not that it matters). Seems like competitors can identify a good customer. I am calling my broker and selling my lots of JPM today (it is up anyway). Then I am going to watch the bid/asks and watch my stock being sold, then light a Partagas.
