The credit card company changed a promotional 3.99%APR that was supposed to be for the life of the balance to 14.24% because my payment arrived 2 days late. This resulted in an increase of interest of $100 per month. When I called to complain they would only lower it to 12.24%. Bad business...I am moving my account.
