When began using a program through Chase that supposively takes two payments a month instead of one and it greatly reduces your overall length on your loan by doing so. The first time we used the program for the first check, they said they had never received it, but it was cashed by them through our bank. For two months now they have been saying they are looking into it, however it has negatively affected my credit and has cost us several hundred dollars in fees. Customer service claims different amounts when we call them, saying we owe them more each time. Some how they are holding our money into a side acct until it get resolved, so our payments are no credited towards our loan amt until THEY figure out what the did! So, we are out tons of money until then. WOULD LOVE to get a group of people together with similar situations to take legal action.
