They still try to bill my credit card? I called the card company & they said I had to call (better yet--write) Wen to cancell any future orders!

Chaze Dean co. is still trying to bill my credit card for 2 mos of products! What a con job???

If you ever want to try something from a TV ad order by check & before the product is gone decide if you like it order more or call & cancell... That's the only way to keep them off your back..

I went on the Internet to get their phone number, as it's not on any of their statements. Then promply called to cance & made sure I had the persons name, date, time I called & that if needed I would keep the info. to give to the BBB if I received another charge.

I returned my hair product order and they credited my acct. But then charged 29.99 for another product which I never received...

On 6-18-08 I ordered my first and last order. It took me until 7-3-08 to receive a refund of 32.10. What a RIP off and I had to pay 7d. to send it back. NOW COMES THE BEST PART !!! ON 7-21-08 THEY AGAIN TOOK UNAUTHORIZED 44.04 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING EVER SINCE MY FULL REFUND. this IS A CRIMINAL CASE CONSIDERD THEFT !!! this LETTER WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE POLICE AND MY ATTORNEY
