I booked an international ticket with them and they booked me on an airline with only one plane! Well that one overworked plane never even showed up and I was stranded in Trinidad and left with no other option I had to take a 13 hr flight back to the US thru Canada for $1300. I have called Cheap O Air for months and nothing. They are a knock off travel site. The crazy thing is I called Travelocity and they were EXTREMELY helpful and tried all sorts of things to help me out. I was one of many passengers in a huge predicament as we were leaving agter the conclusion of Carnival and it was extremely difficult to find a seat on any carrier. Many of the other passengers were stranded for days.
