I made a reservation and needed to cancel. I called for four days and e-mailed twice with no response from the company. I called the parent company, Expedia and they refused to cancel but gave me the phone number for Travelscape (702) 938-2100 which has limited business hours. After another several phone calls I got through and was able to cancel but got ripped off for part of the refund. The hotel I was booked at refused to deal with me directly and the whole process was incredibly difficult. Much easier to suck you in, not so easy to get out of.
