Signed up in August, I called about reservations got one of the rudest person to talk to prices were more then I could get on my own. In order to get the 4 Free tickets you have to have Qualified Hotel reservations at the same time. Promised refund once they received their paperwork back. I sent the packet back then called them, they verified they had received everthing but that I had to wait one more billing cycle before they would send the refund.It now has been 3 months and I have received nothing. I tried to call them and phone number I have doesn't work.
