I ordered what I thought were genuine UGG boots at a discount price. Order was placed 12/18/10. They arrived but I was disappointed to see they were obvious fakes and poor quality at that. I attempted to put them on and the cord holding one of the buttons broke. I wrote asking for return directions and a refund. I was given "the run around". I was asked to submit photos of the boots which I did. I was then asked " You got them right?" I repeated request for return directions and refund. I was told the pictures had to be reviewed by a superior. That was the last communication.I called a few times and did not get satisfactory answers. The person seemed to not speak English well.
