I had an account with U.S. Bank out of Utah my check was going into the account direct deposit every tuesday but every tuesday U s bank would access me with at least 3 insufficient funds and I was told because the debits came in before my direct deposit so I called them and told them to close my account and they did not so they started acessing me money every day my account was in the negative When I closed the account I had a balance of 185.00 now they say that I owe them over 800.00 and I am being harrassed by pace financial out of maryland stating that they are going to take a civil suit out on me on behalf of U S Bank well I say I need to be taking a civil suit out on them.
