I ordered what I thought was ONE chef basket on Jan24, 2011. I never received any conf# or acknowledgement of the order until 3/9/11 when I recieved a card saying the order was going to be shipped and if I didn't want it any more I should send the card back. I checked my credit card that day and had a $50.95 charge on it. I called the company, said I didn't want the product and they said it was too late to cancel. I tried to argue, saying they gave me no time to respond. They were inflexble but said I could return it when it came. I did so and got a credit of $29.98. When I called they said that shipping charges were non-refundable.
I think this is a scam, through and through. I ended up giving them $20.97 for a product I found in the meantime for $14.99 and have no recourse to get back my money.
