The Dealer is not willing to replace the broken WC and I was forced to spend around Rs.10, 000 to install a new WC., inspite of supplying non Parryware inferior product... It may be noted that the Dealer collected Rs 170/= for each bolt set and because of this inferior quality bolts, the WC warranty was completely lost. I need to know how an authorized Parryware dealer can supply such inferior non-Parryware product to fit a Parryware closet and there by voiding my warranties. Parryware customer care has been informed regarding this awaiting their feedback.
