This company took $30.00 from my checking accouont on January 12th, 2011. I e-mailed them letting them know that they were NOT authorized to remove funds. To my surprise I have not been refunded even though I receivd an e-mail from their customer service area indicating that I will get the $30.00 back into my count with 7 - 14 days. I called my bank and filed a complaint.
