I also ordered the sample of their Acai supplement. When I learned about their scam (fortunately before my 14 day trial period ended). I immediately called them to cancel. They did cancel and no further charges were added to my credit card; however, I never received the sample but had been charged the shipping fee. I called them on 3/2 and was told they would reship the sample. On 3/16, I still had not receive the sample that they had promised to reship, so I called them again, and found they never reshipped the sample. I asked that my credit card be credited for the shipping fee, and was still told that they would reship another sample, and that I should receive it in 5-6 business days. I will wait to see if that sample is sent, if not, I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge to have it removed. I am also, in the meantime, going to contact my State's Attorney General's office, and contact the Better Business Bureau and file complaints against this company. I suggest anyone else who has had problems do the same - they are not a reputable company!
