Over the past 15 years I have purchased 2 vacuum cleaners from this store. I visited the store recently to purchase vacuum bags and was looking at the new Sebo upright vacuum. The owner offered to let me take the vacuum home and try it. I did take it home and returned it the following day. I decided against the purchase of the vacuum since it was not easy to use for edge cleaning or under furniture.

Without my authorization, the store took my credit card number (off of the receipt for the purchase of the bags) and ran a $100.00 unauthorized charge on my account, claiming that I had scratched the machine and that it could not now be sold as new. The machine loaned to me was a floor model. I did not commit to purchase it. I am pursing the matter with my credit card company and will take legal action if necessary. The owner of this store is deceitful!
