We have 3 trucks from cheverolet everytime we try to fix something under the warranty they come up with excuses not to fix it. the lastest thing the model truck is 2008 as soon as we recieved it the windows won't work and the brakes won't either. we send it to them they inform us that since we didn't change the oil and filter from them therefore we are not under the warranty. I don't see what changing the oil got to do with the windows working properly. they explain this is coming from the mangment.

They forget that the reason cheverolet is putting a 3 year warranty for something is because they want their reputation to be in tact. so that more customer are happy and satisfied and but more of their products. But of course this practise is not made here in Egypt except putting not functioning spare parts made locally to make more money.

I filed a complaint to the customer complaint board in Egypt. and you should do the same . once they have more complaints of the same proble they will contact the manufacturing company and push them to improve the quality of parts and services.
