I have been going to this Chevron twice a week for over 3 years now and was a pretty good friend of one of the employee's. Actually, just a hey/bye situation, but she did talk about her personal business w/me. Well, once I became pregnant in Jan 2008, she has been harrassing me in any way possible. From making sure that items were unavailable to me, that she knew I always came in to buy. If ever, there wasn't another person to wait on me, she would throw my change on the counter, w/some falling onto the ground, she would always be as rude as possible, then one day, just today, 9-24-09, she had to wait on me. I purchased a coffee and was intended to put the rest in gas. Well, when I went to ask the amount needed to be put in the gas tank, after the coffee purchased...she mouthed off "the pump is ready", of course in the rudest tone. I said "you don't have to be a bitch about it", she said "oh yes I do".
I've tried on many (at least 10 or more) occasions to resolve this matter and ask what I done to upset her, since we were fine one day, then she hated me the next. She will completely ignore my question of what I did to upset her. I still, until this day, do not know what I did to make her hate me so much. I love their coffee and it's the closest gas station to the place I live, so out of convenience and the fact that I love the way they make their coffee, I continue to go there. I've made a complaint over the phone and was told I'd receive a card in the mail for an official complaint, which I never received. Well, I've spoken w/another employee there and he gave me the owners name and also their facility #, which is 44645. I truly want something done about this matter or I want this employee to tell me what I did to make her hate me and treat me the way she does!!!
