Iam 17 years old and I was working in a day care center as part of my graduation requirement. Back in May of 2008 the center was inspected by the health department. The health department found nubereous citations. The center was given a certain amount of weeks to make improvements. The center failed and closed. My last check I cashed. Now the place where I cashed my last check is telling me. There were Non Sufficient Funds in the account of the day care center. And I must pay them in the amount of the check.
