This SO called non-profit- afilliated with EXODUS Church Ministries International, Inc. Rented my home in Whittier, CA., this past June 08, 09. Contract breached, promises and lies, and no monies paid to me at all, It is now August 8, 09.

Still no proof of legit certification of a legal non-profil has been submitted to me, as promised, in my rental contract. Mr. RON WILLIAM, Executive Director handled all the contract signing. Staff memebers are living in the home.

I have been given the "Check is in the Mail" scam played on me!! NOW I am in Financial distress over 3 months of Rent lost.

They play on the fact that they are helping Children, when they are not. Not sure what they are really doing. or what their motive is. BUT They are FISHY!!!

Mr. Ron Williams, that is IF that is a real name find your location and then leaves you in the lurch of a Scam!

Please report this or any problem to your local Police with a Report.. This must be stopped and these people caught!!!...

By the way.. Good luck with them ever answering the phones.. You will be left only to deal with emails and more stories..
