This is the second time this has happened!! I called the Chili's Restaurant on Constitution Ave. in Baton Rouge, LA to place an order for pick up. The girl immediately told me to hold on. 7 minutes went by of listening to "hold" music. I finally hung up. Again, this is the SECOND time this has happened!!
