Similar story to a lot of others i have read.i spent £260 on some stuff including a special delivery charge for 1-3 days receipt.nothing.got him on the phone a week later, more empty delivery promises.numerous phone calls e-mails and two live chat conversations asking for a courier number which were mysteriously shut down on me and nothing.managed to get him on the phone again eventually to which he was most surprised that my number had been witheld and asked for a refund which was agreed to.surprise surprise -no refund.got him on phone again-always seems to be a dodgy line his end mmm..- asked again for refund .he said it had been sent but i could tell in his voice he was being economical in his honesty.thats the story so far, just gonna haunt the bastard as much as i can.i'd love to drive up to scotland if i was sure he was there. believe me when i tell you he would be begging to refund me on the spot.
