My husband and I went to chillies for lunch on Sunday 1-3-10 .I ordered coffee, it was cold so I asked for another cup, they brewed a new pot but after I drank more than half the cup I noticed dried food and old coffee running down the cup, (from the side I hadn't drank from) .We had not been served our food yet so the food was not mine. I was so disqusted, I called the manager He removed the cost of my lunch but not my husbands. I had the hardest time enjoying my lunch, I kept thinking about all the germs, hoping I wasn't gonna get herpes or god knows what else. I should have just left. I would like to take a step further, just to make sure this doesn't happen again. I have heard rumors about when someone returns a plate the waiters spit or do something. I was perfectly polite when I asked for another cup. I don't know what their reason was but that was disqusting, I don't want a free meal, I just want to complain to the corporate office or to some one who cares and will see to it that things like this are really taken care of.
