My son, daughter and I went to China Kitchen yesterday 3/13/08 to get some dinner. I ordered it for to go but decided to go ahead and eat there. We sat at the table and ate approximately around 9:25. China Kitchen closes at 10:00 pm. I asked the waitress could I have some sweet and sour sauce. She hollered across the restaurant and said I'm off the clock now I got to go, but had time to tell the cashier that we needed sweet & sour sauce. We never got it. At 9:45pm I'm assuming she was the owner, she was in the dining area sweeping the floor like she was in a mad rush. When she came close to our table she busted out loud and said "yawl need to hurry up and eat and leave because we're getting ready to close!" SO RUDELY to where a lot of customers could hear her. I was so upset. They have very bad customer service! What can I do about this? Please help. Thanks (Concerned customer).
