There is a very rude customer service officer by the name of Andrew Lee from China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) who is so damn rude!
A motor insurance quote I had requested for was rejected through email, so I called in to make an enquiry.
I asked him what it meant by 'abstained from quotation'. He replied, "company don't want lor."
I was taken aback by the rude answer and his really harsh tone. I asked further, "Is there any reason why?"
He replied with much frustration, "(China Taiping Insurance) don't want means don't want, we don't have to explain why."

I guess China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) doesn't really need future business for motor insurance. Thats why they employed this rude guy.
