Kashmir / vaishno devi tour from 10th of may to 18th may, advertised in classifieds in all leading newspapers, was a mismanaged tour all together. Railway booking from delhi to jammu, helicopter from Katara to Vaishno devi, Handling of issues with the group regarding the additional cash(than planned) from majority group members was unconsttutional. MR MANAGER GUJAR & PARTY was so unprofessional in approach .we had to be so patient to enjoy the trip - it was testing time everyday. Since the Kashmir part was well managed by Mr shabbir we could feel the difference of professinalism.
