We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. So we saved this merchant from losing product shipped out (able to sell and receive money for) while never refunding the money. Who is the fraudster here?
