Dear Sirs:

As you are well aware, we have sent you numerous reminders regarding the following statements, all of which have been outstanding for many months and some of which have been outstanding for nearly a year. You have promised on several occasions to pay "shortly", and in fact Mr. Hoffman reassured me in a meeting in our office on September 14, 2008 that the statements will be paid, this time by the end of September, 2008. However, just five days later, he sent me an e-mail stating that while you intend to pay us, we "must be a little patient" given the turmoil in the markets. He then sent me an e-mail on October 23, 2008 requesting a meeting in our office on October 28, 2008; and I responded in the affirmative and requested that he provide me with the time he desired for the meeting that day so that I can arrange my schedule. However, Mr. Hoffman did not respond to that e-mail, did not come to our office on October 28 and did not contact us


Given the circumstances, we have been patient long enough.

all the above mail has sent by our client last year but till now this guy is not responding and cheating client for his personal benifits, being buisness man he did same with other business partners also
