Decided to take advantage of 2 week trial offer and paid £2.95 P&P. Even before my trial pack had arrived they took £81.46 from my bank account. I telephoned to say I had not even had the opportunity to trial yet and they were not interested. Please, something must be done to stop this happening to so many unsuspecting people.
